Garage
The garage is occupied. Personal belongings may obstruct viewing and testing of some of the components located in the garage. Items that may be obstructed include electrical outlets, walls and floors.
Basement Moisture Conditions
The basement is finished living space. The walls and ceilings conceal the foundation walls and structural framing. No representation is made as to the condition of these concealed components.
